About me

A number of years ago I had regular reflexology sessions to help me through a tough period.

I looked forward to my treatments so much - I knew that by the end of the hour I’d feel deeply relaxed, but at the same time energised to face life. As well as improving and supporting physical issues, I felt more grounded mentally.

I was intrigued by how someone applying gentle pressure to my feet could have such an impact on my body and mind.

A few years (and a few kids) later I decided to study reflexology to find out more - and I became hooked.

I continue to be fascinated by the power of this therapy and feel privileged to help other people with a wide range of issues and conditions to improve their overall wellbeing.

Special interests

My special interests are in mental health - supporting children and adults with symptoms of anxiety, stress and mood issues - and women's health and wellbeing, particularly through the menopausal years.

My qualifications

I qualified with a distinction in Level 5 Clinical Reflexology from The Complementary Therapy School. I'm also qualified in Reflexology Lymph Drainage.

I'm fully insured and a member of the Association of Reflexologists.

Please get in touch if you'd like to find out more or to book!
